By using or accessing Keturah Entertainment, you agree to the following terms. These policies may change periodically, so please refer to the Last Update date to see when the terms were last revised.

1. Equipment Collection & Return

   • Clients must pick up equipment during normal business hours and return it no later than the agreed time. Equipment must be collected from and returned to Keturah Entertainment's premises at the designated address. Late returns beyond one hour will incur a charge equivalent to an additional day's rental cost. Failure to return equipment more than 24 hours past the return time will result in charges for the full replacement value of the rented items.

2. Delivery

   • Clients are responsible for ensuring access to the event location and a suitable setup space at agreed times. If Keturah Entertainment’s technicians are unable to begin or complete setup due to factors beyond our control, resulting in extra time, clients will be billed at a rate of $40 per hour per technician. If access is denied during the agreed times, we will work with the client to reschedule, subject to additional labor and potential rental costs. We do not guarantee availability for rescheduling; if rescheduling is not feasible, the service will be canceled without reimbursement.

3. Payment

   • A minimum deposit of 20% is required to guarantee services and reserve equipment, refundable up to 30 days before the service date, minus a 5% processing fee. The deposit and any additional payments become non-refundable within 30 days of the service date. Full payment is required one week prior to the event. Failure to complete payment may lead to cancellation of the event without refund of prior payments.

4. Damage Deposit

   • A hold of $500 will be placed on the client’s credit card a day before the event for potential damages. This hold is released when the equipment is returned in good condition. If damages exceed the hold amount, the client’s card will be charged for the balance.

5. Outdoor Equipment Use

   • Only equipment rated for outdoor use may be used outdoors unless covered appropriately. Equipment not designated for outdoor use must be covered at all times, and any damage due to exposure will result in charges for full replacement value. Clients opting to use non-outdoor rated equipment outdoors must agree to an additional hold covering the full value of each item exposed.

6. Release Form

   • Clients or an authorized agent must sign a release form at the time of equipment pickup. A valid US photo ID or passport is required. If a client cannot be present, a written authorization for an agent who must also provide valid identification is necessary. If the release form is not signed, or the damage deposit is not set, our technicians will not leave equipment unsupervised and additional waiting charges may apply.

7. Electricity and Setup

   • Clients are responsible for providing adequate power within 20 feet of the setup area. If additional cables are needed due to longer distances, they must be requested at least 7 days before the event at additional cost.

8. Parking

   • Clients must ensure that adequate parking is available for our team during setup, monitoring, and breakdown times. Any parking fees incurred will be charged to the client’s damage deposit.

9. Changes, Cancellaries, & Refunds

   • Changes to the order are allowed without penalty more than 30 days before the event. Changes within 30 days must be made in writing and are subject to approval, potentially incurring additional costs. Cancellations more than 30 days prior to the event are refundable, minus a 5% processing fee. Cancellations within 30 days are non-refundable. In cases of force majeure, we may need to cancel and will offer rescheduling options or a full refund, minus the processing fee.

Keturah Entertainment reserves the right to adjust these terms as necessary and will communicate any significant changes to our clients. We are committed to providing high-quality AV services and ensuring your event is a success.
